Rick graduated from Eastern Mennonite University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration. Rick joined our firm in 2005 and has had accounting experience in the Senior Living industry since 1995. He provides clients with a range of services including assistance with setting up accounting systems, monthly accounting and reconciliation services, auditing services for Senior Living facilities and retirement plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid cost report preparation. Rick also performs review and compilation engagements of both for profit and not for profit organizations.

Nate received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2006 and joined the firm in 2007. He became a licensed CPA in 2010. Since joining the firm, Nate has provided services to our senior living clients, as well as other non-profit clients, that include financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, preparation of Medicaid and Medicare cost reports, preparation of annual tax returns and audits of employee benefit plans.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Derek is a manager of the firm’s audit services group and specializes in the credit union industry. Derek is also specialized in fraud examinations. Derek joined the firm in 2013 receiving his Masters in Professional Accountancy and a Certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation from West Virginia University. Derek has accounting and finance experience in the oil and gas industry as well as higher education. Derek is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. (AICPA and PICPA).

Dawn assists, trains, and consults with our nursing home clients on reimbursement issues and operational improvement opportunities. Dawn has extensive experience with accounts receivable collections and many different nursing home billing software systems.

Angela received her B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University in 2008 and her B.S. in Accounting from Elizabethtown College in 2013. She joined the firm in 2012 and is the manager of the firm’s medical billing consulting services. Angela assists our nursing home clients with medical billing, training, auditing, reimbursement issues, and accounts receivable collection. She also specializes in hospice billing.
